Definitions

The seller refers to the website owner—the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given. The buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order. Goods or services refer to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of an order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products, and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.

How do I know my payment transaction is secure?

We ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Pharmacy Door Step payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption. You can see if the transaction is secure if you see a key lock at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase, your credit card or bank account information will be secure.

Shipping Policy

Shipping expenses will be covered by the client in the amount decided by the vendor at the time of purchase. The seller will refund the buyer for the full cost of the item, including shipping, if an item is lost in transit. The seller will make every effort to protect the goods or services it provides to the buyer from loss, damage, or destruction.

Refund/Return Policy

If the buyer contacts the seller within 30 days of the date of delivery, they are entitled to a refund or return of the item. The buyer must email the seller:  info@pharmacydoorstep.com or via the website's contact us page, where a return can be handled. Not all goods can be returned. The buyer will take all the responsibility for return shipping costs in every condition.

Cancellation

An order may be canceled up until the time when payment is received. After the payment has been processed, the buyer is still accountable for it.

Complaints

Please contact our support staff if you have any concerns with the goods or the seller. Feel free to email: info@pharmacydoorstep.com There is no assurance that the issue will be resolved. The vendor will be contacted after considering each case separately.

Legalities

After the buyer receives the products or services, the seller is not responsible for any health or safety risks. For any harm brought on by the buyer's purchase of the goods, the seller disclaims all responsibility.

Any dispute arising from such use of the website shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the website owner resides.
